By joining a challenge and using the Yodha app or website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 16 years old and an employee or member of an organisation that runs a Yodha challenge to use the service.

Yodha, operated by WiseCMB Technologies LLC (a Montana, USA company), lets organisations run gamified fitness challenges. Your organisation administers your participation, including clan membership and challenge configuration. Activity is scored from steps and calories you choose to share via Apple Health or Health Connect.

• Provide accurate information and keep your invite code confidential.
• Use the service only for its intended, lawful purpose.
• Don't attempt to manipulate scores, disrupt the service, or access data that isn't yours.

Yodha is a fitness-challenge tool, not medical advice. Consult a qualified professional before changing your activity levels. You participate at your own risk.

Our handling of your data is described in the Privacy Policy. You can delete your account at any time from the app or at yodhaclans.com/delete-account.

We provide the service “as is” and may change, suspend, or discontinue features. We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.

The Yodha app, website, branding, and content are owned by WiseCMB Technologies LLCand its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the service to take part in your organisation's challenge; all other rights are reserved.

We or your organisation may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or misuse the service. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yodha is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer- or data-protection rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.
