Terms of Service

By joining a challenge and using the Yodha app or website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 16 years old and an employee or member of an organisation that runs a Yodha challenge to use the service, or be taking part in a friends league.

Yodha, operated by WiseCMB Technologies LLC (a Montana, USA company), lets organisations run gamified fitness challenges. Your organisation administers your participation, including clan membership and challenge configuration. Activity is scored from steps and calories you choose to share via Apple Health or Health Connect.

Friends leagueslet you race friends week by week without an organisation. The person who creates a league is its owner: they choose who to invite, can rename it, reset its invite code, remove members, start new seasons and delete it. Free leagues are limited in size. Anyone you invite will see your league name, and everyone in a league sees the other members' names and activity on its board.

• Provide accurate information and keep your invite code confidential.
• Use the service only for its intended, lawful purpose.
• Don't attempt to manipulate scores, disrupt the service, or access data that isn't yours.
• If you own a league, invite only people who want to take part, and don't use a league name or display name that is offensive or impersonates someone.

Yodha is a fitness-challenge tool, not medical advice. Consult a qualified professional before changing your activity levels. You participate at your own risk.

Our handling of your data is described in the Privacy Policy. You can delete your account at any time from the app or at yodhaclans.com/delete-account (or, for an email leagues account, yodhaclans.com/delete-account/league).

We provide the service “as is” and may change, suspend, or discontinue features. We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.

The Yodha app, website, branding, and content are owned by WiseCMB Technologies LLCand its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the service to take part in your organisation's challenge; all other rights are reserved.

We or your organisation may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or misuse the service. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yodha is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer- or data-protection rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.
