Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview
Yodha, operated by WiseCMB Technologies LLC (a Montana, USA company), is a business subscription service. Organisations pay for Yodha on the web; this policy covers refunds and cancellation of those payments. Because every new organisation gets a 21-day free trial with full Pro features, you can evaluate the service in full before any charge.
Cancellation
You can cancel any time from your admin dashboard under Plan & Billing → Manage Billing. Cancelling stops future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. There is no cancellation fee.
Annual subscriptions
Annual plans are refundable in full within 14 days of a charge (initial purchase or renewal). After 14 days, the plan is non-refundable for the remainder of the term, and we do not provide partial or pro-rated refunds. You keep access until the term ends and can cancel renewal at any time.
Per-challenge purchases
A per-challenge purchase is refundable in full before the challenge starts (and before any participant activity has been recorded against it). Once the challenge is live or has been used, the purchase is non-refundable.
Free trial
The 21-day trial is free and never charged — there is nothing to refund. If you do not upgrade, your organisation simply moves to the free plan when the trial ends.
Invoiced & Enterprise plans
Organisations on invoiced or Enterprise agreements are covered by the refund and cancellation terms in their contract, not this page.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned through our payment processor (Stripe) to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. The refunded amount is the net amount paid; any discount or promotional code applied at purchase does not change how this policy works.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from your admin email with your organisation name and the charge you would like refunded. We aim to respond within two business days.
